Hello!
I'm looking to build a workflow that automatically flags and routes specific types of posts/comments directly to me for action. Examples of what I'd want to catch include:
- Broken link reports
- Negative feedback about our product
- Questions about event recording availability
- Product suggestions or feature requests, etc...
Is there a way to set this up using native Gainsight tools or AI capabilities without relying on Zapier since I don’t believe I have that integration available? Alternatives?
Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated!
