Hello - 

I am trying to delete 4 knowledge base categories that we are not using. When I attempt to delete the categories I receive an error saying the category has active or trashed topics. I’ve double and triple checked that no topics exist in the content overview or the trash can.

Any thoughts?

Hi @lyoung - I had a quick peek in your community and am guessing you’ve solved this issue since you created this topic (as I see only two knowledge base categories).  If not, feel free to send me a PM with some details of the categories you’re still trying to delete.  With an issue like this there is a chance that we would need to go via our Support team, as they can work magic that us here in the community can’t.  :)

I’m struggling with this myself. I’ve moved all my topics to other categories and am running into the same error.
