User says they don't have ability to post using Samsung phone with Chrome. I can’t recreate on my Apple devices so wanted to check here if anyone else has this issue. Below is his screenshot and there’s no “pencil” icon to post. Mine is always down in the right corner.

Are these new users by any chance or already active users?
Just wondering if it’s a new user issue which could possibly be fixed in user settings for them to post.

I tested on our community and apple phone seems to be working fine for us here.
Feels like a support case to raise in this situation to tackle that user’s situation.
