Ooo that is weird @Chris Hackett. I’m not seeing that issue yet on our community here.
Are these new users by any chance or already active users?
Just wondering if it’s a new user issue which could possibly be fixed in user settings for them to post.
Thank you for your input @revathimenon. It’s a newer user but their role has the same rights to post as other members. I should have noted they can post from their laptop fine it’s just on their phone there is no option. It is odd as no one else has said they have this issue.

I tested on our community and apple phone seems to be working fine for us here.
Feels like a support case to raise in this situation to tackle that user’s situation.
