Views for new articles aren’t loading and are staying at 0, but reply count is >0. I’ve tried reloading, closing tabs, logging in and out, but not sure what else to troubleshoot. I just submitted a support ticket, but I wanted to post here to see if anyone else is experiencing this or has and if its a bug. It’s on an article announcing an important product release to our community, so views are an important KPI that I am trying to track.

View count not loading and just showing 0
When did you publish this article? Because in your reports you will not see the data from the day itself… so views on an article published today in a report will not show today but starting from tomorrow (where you can see the views of that specific day/period).
But on an article itself or in your content overview you should be able to see something. So it might depend on where you are looking as well?
As we also did massive product launch today as well I get why did is important. I can see views of our release articles (also an important KPI for us).
