Hello! Is there a way to view all open tickets that I as a Gainsight customer have open with Gainsight support for Gainsight CC in one place?

yes. Log in to https://gainsight.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and there’s an option to see all your existing tickets.

If you’ve never done this before, you may need to create an account. Or you can just use one of the single-sign-on (sso) options provided. The system should match your email to whatever you use to log-in and then it’ll show you all your existing tickets. 

First, you see this log-in page. Use SSO or use the Sign up button in the bottom left. 

 

If you use more than one Gainsight product, you might see your tickets for all products. I believe the combined support for all products into one centralized support portal. But there’s an option to search once you’re logged-in, including the ability to filter by Status.
