We are developing a Super User program for next year and so we are in the research phase. I’ve already learned a lot via the content shared by members (thank you all btw), in addition to outside sources. Now I’m looking into what features we could potentially leverage for it.
What features have you found to be particularly useful for your Super User programs? What customizations have you made that you’d recommend looking into?
Greatly appreciate any tips or advice you can provide!
+2We have done a lot with superusers during the years (live and online meetings, friendly user testing, goodie bags, special ranks etc etc. They are excellent but my experience is that it is not about the features (platform and/or superuser program).
Just set up hidden board and keep in touch with them. Let them feel that they are special and you appreciate them. Let them know that you are there for them.
Of course, every community is different.
