Hi!

Apologies if this was already answered in one of the topics (I personally haven’t found any though) but where can I see which users exactly have what ranks? Additionally, where are they shown on the users profile? We’re in the beginning of setting up our community so very new to everything. Appreciate your responses!

Hi @juliaw - There are a couple of ways to do it.  The easiest might be to go to the User Overview in the control environment.  You can enable Ranks as a column and add a Ranks filter as well.  Alternatively, and especially if you want to work in a spreadsheet, you could grab an all-time User Export from the analytics section.

As to where the rank is shown - it’s almost always shown near the username (for example, in the user profile page or in a topic).

Hi @Kenneth R,

thank you so much! I had a feeling there was a simple solution for that.
