Who's using AI crawlers today?

Did you try AI Answers that comes with the search of your community?

Ah, I realized I didn’t provide enough context. My apologies! Looking for people using AI crawlers on their community to either feed an LLM or to extract specific data. Example: A company adds a crawler to their community to feed an internal LLM used for training purposes.

Can I start with question - what do want to achieve with the crawlers ​@jennyweigle? 

Hi ​@jennyweigle! We are not, externally. However, we use Glean internally. It’s connected to all of our systems (including the Community) and has done a really great job helping employees find answers, tools, documents, etc., via a single search or chat. As a Community manager, I’m also able to get content summaries or even information on general sentiment or top issues. I’m still learning how to get the most out of it, but it has been really helpful so far. 

​@atwhite Thanks for your response! We also use Glean for internal purposes at Gainsight. I’m new to it, and so far I’m enjoying it!

​@revote Hello, my goal in asking the question was to start a thread where various Gainsight CC customers can share which AI crawler they’re using and happy with. I myself am not managing a community, but this is a point of curiosity I’ve heard from some customer conversations.

I don´t know the name of the tool, this is an example of how we are using AI. Maybe we don´t use an out-of-the-box tool for this, it might be something we´ve built entirely ourselves. I just had a need and our AI experts delivered. 😀
