Here are some essential tactics to increase open rates and ensure these communications feel like they're coming directly from your company:
1- Ensure Email Templates Visually Mirror Your Branding 🖍
Navigate to the Communications tab, select the specific email you wish to customize (you’ll see below I’m editing the Inactivity Nudge), and click on Content. Look for the three dots on the right, and choose "Restore Default Content". Upon doing this, your school colors and logo will automatically fill into the email!

Pro Tip 🧠 If you have an email live and crafted already and want to update your logo, colors, etc, make sure you save the copy of your previous email, because making this visual change will default the email back to the original draft!
2- Showcasing Your Brand’s Personality in Emails 😎
Ensure your emails embody the essence of your company by incorporating references to your product, this can include common terms, and language commonly used in your content and other customer-focused materials. This consistency creates a more authentic communication experience for your recipients and won’t make them feel like CE communications are coming from a stranger.

Your instance of CE most likely has its own URL, so make sure your communications are coming from one too.
