We do quite a few Instructor Led trainings each day, and occasionally a user will be shared the Zoom link for the session, without having registered an account within our CE instance. We want to make sure they’re logged as having “Attended” but we can’t add a user to the event, without a CE account that’s also activated.
Usually activating for us happens through SSO. Does anyone else have a similar set up and any recommendations on how to capture these attendees?
