We have a client onboarding CTA; associated playbook has four tasks.
I want to be able to report on which of the four tasks during the onboarding process were successful/completed vs. those that were not however, I can't figure out how to 'close successful' only the tasks that were completed without being required to close all tasks when the CTA itself is closed out.
Is anyone doing something similar that has a good solution?

Hi,
Not sure if you got the solution of this problem yet. In Administration > Tasks > Task Mapping, their is an option to set 'Default Closed Incomplete Status'. When you close a CTA, all open tasks will move to this status. Thus, you can differentiate between the tasks closed by CSM vs tasks closed automatically.
