Having trouble trying to view tickets on support.gainsight.com. I click on "Check your existing requests" and the page reloads itself. Never takes me to a login or to my existing tickets. Cleared browser cache, closed out Chrome and tried again. Same.
I opened a support ticket (via chat) on it, but no resolution yet. Figured I'd post here as well.

We are actively working with our vendor to get this resolved. They are currently investigating this with their Tier 2 teams, and have this raised as a high priority, critical issue.
