We often have to report to the executive team various measures within the scorecard for our top 100 customers. When reviewing the measure, we can see the score but do not have any context as to what is driving that score which would be included in the comments either by the CSM or by the rule that drove the score. Currently, we need to review each account to determine what is driving that score.

Hi Samantha - we use the Scorecard UI View to review Customer Scorecards, and create a Dashboard based on the View. On the Dashboard, you can check a box to expose comments. Our rules for updating the score also update the comment, so we know why the score got set to the particular value.
Hope this helps.

I had forgotten about that! Thank you Kristin. We had moved away from using the UI views because we have over 20 measures and it gets clunky when you aren't able to filter it to show only the main measures that we report on (some are only indicators to help drive a large group of measures). If we were able to select the measure that we wanted to include here that would be much more beneficial!
Thanks again Kristin! We can certainly use this in the meantime to do an export and then pull on the fields we want.

In addition to being able to customize the columns on the Scorecard UI view which would be extremely helpful, could we also make the double-click comments box either larger or size adjustable? It's difficult to view or input comments that are most than just a few words.
Yes, definitely need a way to customize which Scorecard columns are included.
Is there any other reporting mechanism to get the to Scorecard values - Report Builder or creating a Data Space?

Kristin, others with February release we are launching scorecard 2.0. It has a lot of new functionality including exception rules, group scores, faster querying and historical data (important if you have many customers) and also a way to customize which columns are included. This will require a 1-time shifting to scorecards 2.0. We will publish details on functionality and best practices on migrations shortly, but wanted to give a heads up on this functionality.
Thanks, look forward to learning more about this.
Hi all, is there a way to easily display scorecard comments in the Scorecard Mass Edit report view?
