Curious what the best approach to this would be.

We occasionally get requests to send additional copies of a survey to additional users. (ie. one user at a company gets the survey, asks his co-workers if they got it. They were excluded from the sending criteria for some reason, but ask to be sent a survey so they can also participate.)

We're getting ready to launch a new NPS survey from Gainsight, using an Advanced Outreach, and I know that you can't edit the participant source after the outreach is activated, but I'm wondering if I can plan ahead and add a second participant source. Our current source is a Query Builder.  Could I add a second source that's a Powerlist looking at Salesforce Contacts, but is filtered to come up blank?  Then when I need to send a one-off copy of the survey, I could edit the powerlist to add "email address = new@participant" and include them temporarily?

Will that work?  Or is there something easier that I'm not thinking of?  The other alternative, I suppose, is to clone the outreach each time there's a one-off.
I think I've stumped the experts here 😉
Leanne, it occurs to me, how about a date field on the Contact? "Manually send NPS survey date". Build your AO query to look for Contacts where that date is Today. When a customer requests new survey recipients, you go into the Contacts and set the date for tomorrow. And, since the AO is only looking for people where the date is Today, the participant doesn't get added to the AO journey over and over again (which could be possible if it were just a checkbox).
Thanks Seth!  That's something I hadn't thought of, but you're right, that might be the safest way to do it.
