Hello Everyone!

We have reached an important milestone at Gainsight with the ongoing transition of our CS - SFDC Edition to the NXT Customer Success (CS) platform. As we continue to enhance your experience and support capabilities, we want to share some critical updates and our approach to managing the documentation during this change.

Impact on Documentation:

While the CS-SFDC Edition product has been successfully sunsetted, we understand that "SFDC" is a powerful search term with strong SEO presence in our documentation. As a result, our SFDC edition documents are still appearing in Google search results. To address this, we're implementing a meticulous process of updating our documentation.

Our Approach:

Instead of removing the SFDC edition category from our Docs support site entirely — which could lead to confusions — we are adopting a phased approach. Each article created for the CS-SFDC edition will be manually prefixed with "(Obsolete)" to clarify its status. This will help you identify outdated content and reduce the potential for a spike in support queries.

What This Means for You:

All customers are now on the robust and scalable NXT CS platform, which is poised to cater to the evolving needs of the customer success sector. While we update our documentation, we encourage you to utilize the rich resources available for the NXT CS product. If you come across any article related to CS-DC editions while searching on Google, you'll see the message depicted in the image below, aimed at raising awareness.

Thank you for your ongoing trust in Gainsight. If you have any questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to contact us at docs@gainsight.com

Hi All,

This is to let you know that all the 1461 documents have been updated with Dekiscript and "OBSOLETE" has been added to each title manually to make it easy for you to identify outdated content and save your valuable time. Please let us know if you have any further queries. Feel free to drop a message here.

Thanks!
