Especially curious to know if I can update those via a rule. I don’t see any obvious options in the rule settings, but we haven’t configured any goals yet, so that might be why. Still want to hear stories though!

There’s a solid thread here on some of the blockers on full utilization of Customer Goals.

 


Updating goals easily through the Rules Engine is being developed and should be available soon. In the meantime, there is an option to use our Update API together with the Call External API action.


@Scotty at Calendly Looks like Manu provided a helpful update here, but let me know if anything else is needed!


@Alicia Azar do you have any customers using it? The only thing I need now (thanks @manu_mittal!) is how the field is using this feature.
