We are looking to send an email alert to CSM Managers anytime a CTA is moved to a “blocked” status. Is there a way to add a link to the CTA in the email template? This would allot managers to click into the email and go directly to the Gainsight CTA for additional details.
I don’t see a corresponding field on the CTA object that links directly to the CTA I could tokenize. I am using the Call to Action object as the Fetch source in power list query.
Any help would be much appreciated!
