We are in the midst of setting up automations that would assign badges in CC based on specific criteria. We have CE certification badges being automatically assigned in CC once the certification is received, all integrated via CS Journey Orchestrator.

Now we are looking to automatically assign annual CC member badges using CS Journey Orchestrator. My question comes from the Filters in Data Designer. I am having trouble setting it up, such that “Registration Date is greater than or equal to 1 year”. Is this possible with the date filters? Am I missing something?

Hey @jadkins.iiq - Sorry for the delayed follow-up.  I got some guidance from a colleague that this approach to filtering should work for your use case:

Hi @jadkins.iiq - I’m not an expert in CS but I had a look in Data Designer and would expect that the operator: ‘last n quarters’ could work, as in the date being prior to the last four quarters.  Have you already tried something like that?

@Kenneth R yeah I tried that but it pulled everyone from today through ‘last n quarters’ when I just needed it to be exactly 365 days ago.

I’m wondering now if I can just pull them in for today and delay the assignment for 365 days? That should work for anyone who enters today but wouldn’t catch anyone who signed up in the last year
