I see that we have Automated Refresh for AI cheat sheets released recently. When we say automated refresh, can the Admins set the schedule upon which the refresh happens. Or is the schedule the same for everybody globally?

This will likely start in the next week or so, as of this writing, once Gainsight finishes some bulk updates.
Users will still be able to manually refresh if needed.
