I’m looking for a good filter set in a segment to pull in customers that are 5-6 months into a 1 year contract. I seem to have good current contract start date data and renewal date data. I can filter based on 1-year agreements. It’s the > = < and span logic that is challenging me at the moment around the start and renewal dates. I think I’m getting caught up on the ‘span of’ concept. 

Curious what others may have done -- have you asked this in the GGA slack community yet?

We have a program that checks executive engagement x number of days prior to renewal (this screenshot is from when it was 180 days, we’ve now extended that time).

The query (or DD) runs daily, and checks for that number of days into the future, like so:

Our program is only internal, so I've been running it in dynamic JO to take advantage of the Action Execution schedule (so we don’t email our account team on the weekend, we can use multiple branches off of one evaluate step, and we can CC more than 3 people).
