I second this request. If a client reaches out to our CSM directly and says “remove me from your list” there needs to be a way to easily facilitate that for the user.

If the CSM doesn’t have the right to send a “test” of the survey and click the “preferences” on behalf of the client, then they can’t do your workaround.
From a GDPR perspective, we need the ability to fully manage all the subscription preferences and data of users.
