I have been contacted by a customer who would like to be excluded from all future emails. Given other individuals at the account, I am comfortable doing this. However, I can't find a way to blacklist a customer on their behalf. Any help is appreciated!
Recipients can unsubscribe from all / selected category by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

Does that work?

Also, If you do a test run of the outreach for that contact, you would receive an exact copy of the email which the customer would receive, you can click on the unsubscribe link in that and do the same yourself instead of your customer.

I second this request. If a client reaches out to our CSM directly and says “remove me from your list” there needs to be a way to easily facilitate that for the user.

If the CSM doesn’t have the right to send a “test” of the survey and click the “preferences” on behalf of the client, then they can’t do your workaround.

From a GDPR perspective, we need the ability to fully manage all the subscription preferences and data of users.

Ditto. We have this same issue.
