Bulk Delete Timeline Updates

Hi @rquaiyoom. Welcome to the community, and I’m glad you’re here.

I don’t believe there’s any way to bulk delete Activity Timeline entries. One complicating matter here is that only the user that created the Timeline entry can edit or delete that entry.

Gainsight Support can sometimes help you here if you’re able to provide a list or export of the entries which you desire to have deleted.

@rquaiyoom Adding on to what @matthew_lind said - Now Admin users can delete activity from Timeline irrespective of any author.
