business review schedule - Calendar view

Our executives would like to be able to see a list of upcoming business reviews that are scheduled. We have a rule that fires the CTA, but there's nowhere to record when, where, and with whom a business review will be held.

I've tried using a timeline activity and logging it for a future date, but we don't have a way to pull in the account name in a report of timeline activities, so no help there either.

How are others tackling this?
