Can the Microsoft teams call can be logged into Gainsight timeline via GONG
My gong holds the recording of both Zoom and Microsoft teams.
So my quick query is does Microsoft Teams call can be logged into the Gainsight timeline via GONG
The recordings will be synced to the GS timeline whether it is a Teams or a Zoom call.
If the recordings are in GONG they will be pushed to the GS timeline.
Tested in real time and it worked !!
