Hi Team,
Can we choose from the different versions of one template within Gainsight Assist. I suppose “NO”.But would like to confirm once if in case I missed anything.
Use case:
There are different clients we send emails in different languages . So for client 1 we may need to send in English and for Client 2 we may need to send in Spanish.
Which using email templates in GS assist , it only shows the first defaulted version English.
