+2We’d like to send an email to external contacts captured in the “External Contacts” field on the Meeting type for Timeline activity. Is this possible? When I pull the field from Activity Timeline object, I get strings of names separated by commas. Is this the only way the external contacts are recorded? Thoughts on how I can use this to get contacts from the Person object? Thank you,

You can pull a report on the Activity attendee object and go through the External attendee--> Person -- Email lookup for the values. Here is a screenshot: https://share.zight.com/2NuoDDzW
