I am looking to make the email templates more dynamic by adding formula; however, I am not sure if this is possible or native in Gainsight Email Templates. Has anyone tried?

Within a Journey Orchestrator Program you can create formula fields in a Transform task. They can then be added a Custom Mapped field in the Participant Mapping which will make them available to use in tokens on the email template.
