Hi, folks!

One of my CSM’s Home Page shows more open and overdue CTAs than he actually has on his cockpit.

I tried checking the filters and went to the Home configuration but still couldn’t figure it out.

Any insights? Thanks in advance!


 

 

@Manoel Unfortunately, Home filters for the CTAs look at the role on the company and not the CTA owner, so the CSM is seeing all the CTAs associated with the company in the Summary and not just those owned by that person. It’s outlined a bit here if you want to give it an upvote.
