Community custom pages views in Gainsight CS

We have the integration between our community and Gainsight CS in place, but I’m getting a bit lost in all the objects available. Does any one of those contain the views of custom pages?

Hi @Jef Vanlaer,

Yes, at this point you cannot use the Custom page data through the CS-CC integration. The only options available are through the Data Lake Feature or Google Analytics.

Hi @Jef Vanlaer

I don’t really have enough experience yet in this areas, so I’m asking around internally if there’s someone who can guide you more.

I’ll loop back as soon as I have an answer!

Hi @Jef Vanlaer ,

My Apologies for the delay here.

For getting the Custom Page views, you can use Data Lake Feature or the Google Analytics to get the required output.

For the Data Lake feature, you can refer to this Community Post, to find the entire datalog for Custom Pages, and further create an S3 connection to get the data uploaded into the CS platfrom.

I hope this was helpful.

Thank you, @Aman . So the data is not available through the CS-CC integration?
