One problem I face is that the S3 files often come in at delayed time. This means the V2 rules often fail as there is no file. I would like to be able to make a rule chain that is scheduled to run only if a different rule chain fails. Is there a way to schedule a rule chain to run only if there were no files at a certain time or only run if a set of rules failed?
