Configured the GSID type field in the Success Plan configuration, and when they search for a name, it displays correctly in the results. However, upon saving, it is recorded as a GSID.

We have Configured the GSID type field in the Success Plan configuration, and when they search for a name, it displays correctly in the results. However, upon saving, it is recorded as a GSID.

  1. Is the GSID Field from a Custom object or of a Standard object. If Standard Object, which object is it?
  2. Is the Display Record Name field set for this object? Support Article

@pgeorge This is the problem. We have a “key customer stakeholder” configured on our success plan layout. When searching for the person to fill in, everything looks fine and shows the name of the person. However, upon saving, the field renders as an ID, which obviously is not helpful to anyone looking at the Plan Info. The relevant ticket for this is 361088. I’d be happy to do a screenshare about this too.
