Connect Gainsight S3 bucket to Fivetran

Hi, we have created an S3 bucket for Gainsight following the setup tutorial, and we're now trying to connect it to Fivetran. However, we’re getting a 403 access denied error (see image) when testing the connection.

The issue is that I don't have visibility or access to modify the S3 bucket permissions myself. Could someone help troubleshoot this?

Your question should be moved to our Customer Communities section, not Product Experience. However, I think connecting with our Gainsight Support team (support@gainsight.com) is a better option for assistance with this specific request.
