At the end of August, we’re planning to ship the following enhancements:

• Query Scorecard, cockpit, and success plan data
• Key definitions to help admins instruct copilot on common usecases
• Copilot in C360

Copilot querying all standard objects in Gainsight will also launch as Beta with a small set of customers.

This sounds incredible ​@shantan_reddy! Any chance that usage tracking for Copilot is coming as well?

​@Veronica.Moore We currently do not have plans to expose usage in the near term. That said, your CSM might be able to get you the info periodically if you let them know.

I am excited to hear the upcoming enhancements but of course there always seems to be ‘more’ that would be nice to have. Will it also reference the R360 level, can we have a similar summary to Cheat Sheet but at a book of business level, also any way to anticipate what a CSM or leader may need. Like requesting a weekly summary of XX accounts to be emailed to a set list of contacts. 

Are there any plans to allow users to pin certain conversations in co-pilot that they use frequently?

This is huge! Can’t wait for these releases and the future Beta offerings. 

Is the development for co-pilot, both in features and release timing, going to be the same for the AI Slack agent as well?
