I was asked by Steven Kardell/Rockwell if it was possible to post an external email to a success plan timeline via email assist. I do not think that is currently possible, but did wonder if CTA Associated records might allow for an email to timeline activity to be associated with a success plan objective. I guess there are two questions for Product:Are there any plans to enhance email to Timeline to allow for certain emails to be posted to a company success plan timeline? Would that even be possible? Could the Associated Records function be leverated to possibly facilitate this? or could it be used to associate an email task with an objective CTA on an active success plan?
