Create Report for Specific GS Users

I am creating a report that I'd like only 2 of our GS users to access. I will be adding this report to the dashboard builder. I know I can add specific SF fields that are based on users and then select "Current User" but this report is not built off of which accounts they own. That part is irrelevant. I just want 2 users to access this report on their dashboard. Is this possible? I don't see a field in the report builder where I can do something like "only show to user X and Y"
