CSMs can no longer see survey results from the R360 view. They were successfully able to early last week but when they tried today, they received a 403 error code.

 

We just encountered this same issue. Did you discover a fix for this? I adjusted our CSMs Survey Permissions but they seem to still be experiencing this 403 Access Denied message.

Thanks for your response @jaymeb . I worked with Gainsight Support and there were a few configurations for our CSM bundle that were preventing them from accessing the survey data. 

 

Within Permission Bundles, we not only have to enable Analyze under Survey Permissions (which is what I initially thought would correct it), but we also had to enable NPS Analytics, Survey Preview, and Survey Response under Navigation Permissions. 

 

Not sure if this will solve your issue, but I wanted to provide you the resolution that worked for us in case it helps you also.
