CTAs automatically keep falling off Cockpit

I had a user write in saying “CTAs automatically keep falling off my Cockpit. They get aligned to the original creator automatically.” Does anyone have any possible fixes for this? Thanks.

@nicholas_poteat meaning the CTAs are assigned to that person, and then, they get automatically reassigned to someone else?  I would guess there’s a potential rule that’s doing it, so you might check there first.
