Hello -

Is there a ways to customize what is seen in drafts? When trying to relate a draft to a certain customer, it would be helpful if we can add in another attribute so the CSM can distinguish which customer is the right one when there are ones with the same name.

Hi @kytpowell

Are you referring to the Drafts panel that sits on the right side of the screen? And are you on the Nxt version or the SFDC version?

In Nxt, there is quite a bit of space so you can easily see long company names. I don’t think there is a way to add more fields on this particular screen and it currently just shows the account name and the timeline activity name. If users are having troubles figuring out which account, they could adjust the timeline activity name.

I think this is related to the Company Search Configuration Settings - the same settings that determine what shown when you search in the search bar.

Hello @kytpowell, could you please elaborate the challenge you are facing with an example? Moreover, what are the drafts that you are referring to? What kind of attribute are you referring to when you mentioned about identifying the right customer?
