Dashboard Views- count of dashboard viewed and by which user

Hi 

 

I am carrying out a review on the dashboards within our Gainsight instance. I would like to see how many times a dashboard has been viewed over a specific time frame and by who. Does anyone know if this can be done?

      For sure read the other post @Azad linked to, but the short answer is no, not really. 

      The object captures the last used date, and the number of total views. If you want to look at views in the past 6 months, and the last view was 5/16/2022 and the event counter is at 500, there is no way to know if that was 500 views on 5/16/22, 1/day for the past 500 days or what.

      For that type of information you’d likely have to snapshot the data into a custom object and report on that, which would get….messy.
