We have recently activated the Renewal Center and are bringing in data from Salesforce Opps - I am curious how the “Days Recently Late” datapoint is calculated as it seems inaccurate - see screenshot from today 1/9/25

The "Days Recently Late" field represents the number of days by which the most recent opportunity (historically) was delayed. For example, for your “2025 opportunity”, this field indicates how many days your “2024 opportunity” was late. This information helps the CSM or Account Owner take proactive measures to close the deal earlier or assess the potential challenges in the renewal process with a specific customer.
