Delay for JO Email Log to Timeline?

This morning (about 2 hours ago), I sent a Simple JO Program email with the ‘Log to Timeline’ box checked.  We are seeing analytics for the program but we have yet to see a Timeline Activity posted….is there a delay to expect for the ‘Log to Timeline’ capability?

Hi @zdsiegert We conduct the sync to timeline in batches every 4 hours. So, if they were sent two hours ago, it might very well be the usual delay between batch runs that sync the email to the timeline.

Hey there

I’m curious about this too (I know it’s been 2 years :) )

If the log to timeline is active, does this also prevents to show Analytics in the JO quickly, and the full JO log?

I have a JO that ran an hour ago, but the logs are only saying successful sync then nothing. I’ve no idea if the emails went out and it’s quite time sensitive

Hi ​@alexandrugh ,

Log to Timeline should not affect AO Analytics. If you’re seeing more than a few minutes delay then, please raise a Support Ticket with details of this issue.
