Now that customers are moved to the Salesforce Connector/Connectors 2.0, do we have a timeline for when we can expect Gainsight Connect (1.0) to be deprecated from the UI?

If the customer has already migrated, then GSConnect should only be available in read-only mode, just so that they can validate that the mappings were correctly migrated.

Once we’ve migrated all customers (we only have a limited few who prefer to take it slow and validate in sandboxes first),we’ll get rid of GSConnect from the UI as well. Tentatively, we expect to do this by the end of Q1.

Thanks,

Kunal
