Am I crazy or is there not an option to log emails to SFDC in Advanced Outreaches? We have some security compliance emails that I would like to move from standard to advanced outreaches, but I am REQUIRED to have them logged to the Account in SFDC for auditing purposes. 





I feel like I heard this come up a while back, but cannot find my notes on it....

Yes, you are correct. That is a gap which we are aware of between Advanced Outreaches and Co Pilot outreaches. I will let you know here the details regarding the timeline for the same.

Thanks Abishek. In the meantime, I'd like to try getting this done manaually. Can you let me know the objects that would hold email data sent from an AO? I (should) then be able to merge that with Contact data in a Bionic rule and log a completed task via a Rule Action.

This will be a big need for us as well. 
This feature will be available in the upcoming winter release.
Thanks Abhishek! This has been a MAJOR pain point for me. I have some elaborate Bionic rules created to spoof this, but its hacky and not consistent. Looking forward to built-in functionality.





I'll add that the AO Emails table in the MDA has two fields called "Text Body" and "HTML Body". Right now there is a bug where "Text Body" is blank across the board. Fixing that would go a long way as well.

THANKS THANKS THANKS to the team for adding the log emails to SFDC feature to AO. This is SO HELPFUL to our org and will save me a bunch of time. I also really appreciate that I can check it for ongoing AOs and have it work going forward.
