It says that the task should say "Preview and Send Email" in the Task Details screen, but in my environment it says "Approve and Send Email." I wasn't sure if that meant when I click it it would give me the ability to edit first and then send. Turns out, it does...however it is a bit confusing when trying to follow the docs and it doesn't match.
