I’m reaching out to get some clarity on the requirements for AI Follow Up, specifically regarding whether it can generate summaries using only the meeting transcript, without requiring the recording. There seems to be conflicting information, some documentation and support responses indicate both transcript and recording are needed, while some users have reported success with transcript-only meetings.
- Has anyone recently been able to generate AI Follow Up summaries with just the transcript enabled?
- Can Gainsight provide an official update or clarification on this requirement?
- If transcript-only is not currently supported, I’d like to suggest this as a feature request. There are many scenarios where recording is not permitted, but transcripts are available, and it would be extremely valuable for AI Follow Up to work in these cases.
