We can leverage the telephony service you might have enabled in Salesforce already. There are obviously a lot of service providers out there, so some testing and validation would be needed to ensure everything works as expected. You can find more details in this article.

Our company would like this feature, but we do not use Salesforce, but only Gainsight. I understand this feature is not available in Gainsight if you do not use Salesforce but hoping it could be.
