Hi Team,





I have a use case where in one of the customer is trying to use a dropdown field as a token in the Program email and when testing this, it is giving the GSID and not the Original value.





Is it in our road map where we can get the Original value when a dropdown field is used?



One more customer requested this.




We need this for our Slack integration as the workaround Case Expression to convert to string only allows for 10 cases :(

I’ll built a case expression to work around this for the time being though.

We do have a workaround, but each time creating the Case Expressions is one more extra task for the admins.
