Can you have an email assist linked to a task in a CTA?

@sdaly yes, you just have to create as type email instead of task, and then, you should get some additional fields that will allow you to choose an email template and map the tokens.  One caveat, once you’ve created it as a task or an email, you can’t change it to the other one.  So, you’ll have to create a whole new one if you want to change it to the other.


We are building out a playbook and one of the tasks should be an email assist.  Will that still work in this instance?


Yep!  Just when you hit the +Task, and the Add Task screen pops up, change the Type option to Email.
