Something I noticed in the timeline is when I try and attach
an Email it does not let me save it. I know the emails are in Unicode, but that
is what they automatically save to so I am wondering if this can be changed or when while this file be supported in Timeline Attachments?

How do we save Outlook emails PDF so we can load to an Activity? When I try to save an outlook email message using 'Save As' feature, I have the following options (but not PDF):
Text Only (.txt)
Outlook Template (.oft)
Outlook Message Format (.msg)
HTML (.htm; .html)
MHT (.mht)
Running into problems documenting emails I've sent to clients in Gainsight if the email contains screenshots. Was hoping that attaching the email containing the screenshot in some way might solve for this!

+2Hi Lucy, it's been a while since I used Outlook (been on Gmail for a few years) but you should have an option under the Print menu to save to PDF. If one is not installed, you can get a free one online at a number of places. I used to use http://www.pdf995.com/ and it worked well.
