Hello -  I am working on an email template and would like to add a PDF attachment.  I see it in the template however when sending a test the attachment is not available.  Thank you for your help.  Dawn

I spoke to support and the attachment doesn’t send in the test.

That’s an expected behaviour.

I would try to send the email via email assist via Cockpit (if the attachment is a PDF or anything but a report that would get mapped in JO) to yourself as the contact on a test account. 
 

If it’s a report, attachment, then you’ll have to build a test JO and send it to yourself as the contact on a test account.
